The device is primarily used for physical therapy but can also be used for localized heating and therapy in laboratories, physiotherapy rooms, and beauty treatments. The instrument’s structure comprises terahertz crystals, a casing, handle, electric motor, fan blade, heating elements, dustproof mesh cover, switch, power cord, and other components.

The working principle involves the direct rotation of the rotor by an electric motor, which drives the fan blade rotation.
As the fan blade rotates, air is drawn in through the air inlet, and the centrifugal airflow formed is then released through the terahertz crystal tube. The air passes through the heating wire installed on the heating bracket inside the instrument, which, when electrified, heats up.

There are 3 selectable modes:

1. Natural wind (strong wind)
2. Moderate wind and heat (original Premium 1st gear),
3. Strong wind and heat (original Premium 2nd gear).
